We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff, especially the receptionist, were incredibly friendly and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised to find that one of them spoke good English, which made communication much easier. The hotel facilities were clean and in good condition. We had no problems with our room, and the included breakfast was a nice buffet with a good choice of options. The hotel's location was also convenient, as it was close to a street market.

We had a wonderful romantic escape! the spa was fantastic, with a selection of rejuvenating treatments that left us feeling truly pampered. the room was spacious and impeccably clean, with luxurious linens and plush pillows. the staff were fantastic! They were always eager to help and offered great recommendations for local restaurants and attractions. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location near the city center and the stunning views of the surrounding mountains from our window.

The room service menu was only available in Chinese, which made ordering a bit challenging. the lack of air conditioning in the summer months made it a bit uncomfortable at times.
